Position: Mortgage Loan Officer
Position Description: Mortgage Loan Officer represents 1st Freedom Mortgage LLC originating residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and commercial loans. This includes sourcing applications as well as coordinating and assisting in the processing and closing of loans. As a Loan Officer the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, promoting 1st Freedom Mortgage LLC through public contact, developing relationships with realtors, builders and borrowers to promote continuous business, and interviewing and pre-qualify prospective borrowers.
Compensation is a very competitive commission based plan with sales incentives for top producers. When the loans for your referrals close your commission check will be cut within 48 hours.
Required Skills: Required skills include previous experience in mortgage banking or sales with the ability to build quality customer relationships. Experience developing new business opportunities, while maintaining existing customer referral base. Strong math, analytical and time management skills are a must.

Position Description: Our Mortgage Affiliate Program is the easiest way to make money because your responsibility is to generate referral business to 1st Freedom Mortgage LLC. This is a great position for anyone who does not want the responsibilities of selling, pricing and walking loans through the funding process. We provide you with company business cards that include your name as the referral source. All you do is hand them out as you meet people.

Required Skills: No experience or special skills are required.
To stay in compliance with tax laws though the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and to avoid any delays in your commission payments, every individual who is receiving commissions must submit a completed and signed W9 form with proper documentation before we can conduct commission payouts.
